Privacy notice
This notice explains how Rize (“we”) uses the details you send through f1table.net. Rize runs this site and decides how those details are used.

What we collect
What you type into a request form: your name, phone number and country, how you prefer to be contacted, your email address and WeChat ID if you give them, and the details of your request (dates, guests, notes, occasion and budget).
Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm and ref), the website that sent you and the first page you opened. Your browser keeps these in session storage for that tab only and sends them with your request.
How the site is used: the pages you view and actions such as opening a request form, sending a request, tapping WhatsApp or using the filters, measured with Google Analytics. We send Google our request reference and the listing you asked about, never your name, number, email, WeChat ID or notes.
A one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit repeated requests and stop abuse. We do not store the address itself.
We do not take or store payment details on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and arrange what you ask for.
To share with a supplier (a venue, hotel, yacht or hospitality operator) the details it needs to check availability and confirm your booking.
To keep a record of requests, to see which links bring people to the site and to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
We only contact you about your request. We do not sell your details.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores requests in its D1 database, sends our team an email copy of each request and counts page views without cookies (Web Analytics).
Google (Google Analytics) measures visits and site actions. For visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland it sets no analytics cookies and sends cookieless measurements only. Elsewhere it uses Google Analytics cookies on this site.
Meta (WhatsApp Business) delivers the request alert to our team and carries our WhatsApp conversations with you.
Migadu hosts our bookings@rizelists.com mailbox.
Adobe Fonts serves the typefaces on this page, so your browser connects to Adobe to load them.
These providers may process data outside the UAE, the UK and the EU. Suppliers you ask us to book receive only what they need to confirm the booking.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless a booking you made means we must keep a record for longer (for example for accounts).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email bookings@rizelists.com and we will reply. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
